PTFE graphite packing with aramid corners
CHAMPION KOMBIFLON™ Style 6376 is a Combination Packing with tough para aramid fibre yarn (with each strand impregnated with PTFE dispersion and lubricated with Silicone oil) cross-plaited at the corners, PTFE and graphite fibre yarn at the running surface.
- Excellent resistance to abrasive media.
- PTFE/Graphite running surface offers excellent heat dissipation for cool running and high working pressure resistance.
- Para-aramid yarn impregnated with PTFE dispersion offers enhance sealability and reduces friction.
- Low shaft wear.
CHAMPION KOMBIFLON™ Style 6376 is a Combination Packing are used primary for sealing in chemical processing media with valves, pumps, agitators, rotary and reciprocating applications in chemical process industries.
For highly abrasive media with higher pressure and temperature capabilities please refer Champion Style 176.
Compatible with media in the range pH 2-13, including water, steam, fuels, oils, solvents, waxes, and mild acids and alkalis.
All popular sections from 5mm to 25mm in boxes containing length of 10m or in coil form by meter or 1/2.5 kilograms. Also supplied as split pre-formed rings and ring sets. Special size and lengths available on request.
