Universal Heavy-Duty Gasket To Overcome The Creep Relaxation And Cold Flow Problems
Champion Jointing Style AF RSF is a high performance, silica filled PTFE sheet material manufactured from high quality PTFE resin and special restructured silica though unique process, eliminating the problems of creep relaxation and cold flow associated with normal (skived or moulded PTFE Sheets). This grade is produced in brown/fawn colour.
Champion Jointing AF RSF continuously providing best performance in applications with high mechanical requirements at high temperatures and pressures hence is used as gasket for universal applications. This gasket material features excellent acidic and alkaline resistance and versatility in steam applications. It is primarily used in the chemical, the petrochemical and the maritime industry.
Suitable for use with strong acids, solvents, steam, hydrocarbons, chlorine, refrigerants, highly corrosive medium, caustic.
